Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
I kindly ask that all clients cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
NO-SHOW POLICY
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total, as this prevents me from offering the appointment time to another client.
